Los Angeles Apparel offers returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unwashed condition with tags attached. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with our domestically produced basics and fashion-forward pieces.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
